We’re proud sponsors of a local high school trapshooting team and robotics team, because gun-toting machine nerds are the type of people we are. When high school students come through our shop for tours, they don’t see dusty machines and greasy floors – they see cutting edge automation, CNCs tearing through steel, and a crew that runs on caffeine and attitude. It’s our way of flipping the script on what American manufacturing really looks like.
Tools4Schools: No Dust Collectors Here
Each year, we put tools into the hands of schools through our Tools4Schools program. These aren’t hand-me-downs collecting rust in a corner, these are legit carbide cutters that still pack a punch. We understand the burden of schools having to budget carbide cutting tools, and we are proud to step up to help our next generation of machinists.
Train to Dominate
Here’s the deal, nobody walks into Gorilla Mill knowing everything about what we do. Our product is unique, our standards are absurdly high, and the only way to learn is to get in the trenches. That’s why we hire with intent to train. If you’ve got the grit and the work ethic, we’ll show you the ropes, teach you the trade, and get you up to speed. We’re not looking for button pushers…we’re building a team of hardened professionals with real world skills.
